Screening Tool

Manovatsal • Orientation Screener

Quick Screening for Early Support

A privacy-first tool to help families and educators spot developmental, learning, attention and emotional “red flags” and decide next steps confidently. This is not a medical diagnosis.

Step 1 of 4

Child / Learner Profile

Select an age band so the tool shows age-appropriate prompts. You can keep names private.

Important: If a child has lost skills they previously had (speech, social, toileting, walking), or if there is immediate risk of harm, seek urgent professional help.
Step 4 of 4

Your Orientation Result

What to do this week (simple, Indian-family friendly)

  • Choose one routine to stabilise: sleep or screen-time for 7 days.
  • Speak to the class teacher (or tutor) about 2 specific observations (not labels).
  • If learning is a concern: ask school about remedial support / accommodations (IEP orientation).
  • If speech/social concerns persist: consider a qualified speech-language / child psychologist consult.
Emergency reminder: If there is immediate risk of harm or severe distress, seek urgent medical help.
Privacy: Your answers are not stored. This tool is informational and not a diagnosis. For validated clinical screening instruments, clinicians often use tools such as ASD screeners and developmental questionnaires, along with professional evaluation. (We do not reproduce proprietary tools here.)
